Sometimes we get so busy with work or school that it becomes difficult to cook healthy meals. I used to face this problem earlier too. Then I thought, why not plan some easy and quick healthy meals that I can cook once and eat for the whole week. Thinking about this, I prepared a 5-day healthy meal plan. Day 1: Protein-rich dish

On the first day, I made chicken and quinoa. I grilled the chicken well and boiled the quinoa and added fresh vegetables to it. This made me feel fresh and gave me energy throughout the day.
- Tip : If you are a vegetarian, you can use tofu instead of chicken.
- Tip : I can prepare the chicken in advance and store it so that I can heat and eat it every day.
Day 2: Greens and lentils combo

The other day I made leafy greens and lentils. Greens have a lot of iron, which is beneficial for the body, and lentils provide protein.
- Suggestion : Adding tomato and turmeric to lentils enhances both its taste and healthiness.
- Tip : I can make extra dal and store it so that I just have to heat it the next day.
Day 3: Oats – A Healthy Breakfast

On the third day I made oats. I eat oats by adding milk, fruits and a little honey to it. It is not only healthy but also feels light.
- Tip : If you add fruits to oats, you will get more fibre.
- Tip : Soak the oats overnight so that you can eat them quickly in the morning.
Day 4: Chicken Salad – Light and refreshing

Tip : Adding avocado to salad provides fiber and healthy fats.
Tip : I can prepare the chicken in advance and store it, so that it doesn’t take time to prepare the salad.
On the fourth day, I made chicken salad. Apart from chicken, I added cucumber, tomato and lettuce in it. This salad was good in taste and also beneficial for health.
Day 5: Vegetable Soup
Tip : Add olive oil and turmeric to the soup to enhance its health benefits.
Tip : I can make the soup once and store it in a small container so I can just reheat it each time.

On the fifth day, I made a light and healthy vegetable soup. Adding fresh vegetables made the soup healthy and tasty.
